Refund Policy

At Vitelli Moda, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.


Return Eligibility

Most new and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.

Exceptions: Personalized items, made-to-order products, or hygiene-related items (such as socks and underwear) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.


Easy 6-Step Return Guide

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition and returned within 30 days of receipt. Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@vitellimoda.it for any questions.

  2. We will provide you with the return address of our warehouse in China.

  3. Prepare and return the item. Note: the customer is responsible for the return shipping label, costs and potential customs fees.

  4. Our team will keep you informed throughout the entire process.

  5. Once we receive the return, we will notify you.

  6. The refund will be processed within 7 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns:

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a change of mind or reasons not related to defects, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service. Vitelli Moda is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Vitelli Moda Responsibility:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Prepaid Label: We will send you a prepaid return label via email.

  • Return Authorization Number (RAN): Please remember to obtain the RAN before shipping the item.


International Returns

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Duties and Taxes: International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other shipping-related charges.


Refund Policy

  • Refund Process: Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Exceptions: A refund may be refused if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Send us photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement, covering all associated costs.


Item Not Received

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, in the event of a lost package, offer a refund or replacement.
